Posture may be a reflection of the unconscious, but it is not controlled by it. Nor is it controlled by consciously admonishing yourself to stand straight. This beautiful child is my daughter, Ilonna, not three years after learning how to walk. Children, before the age of reason, are rarely subject to postural problems, perhaps because they live entirely in the present. Or perhaps it is because they still have access to innate regenerative processes, processes that adults can relearn how to access with practice.
